Why Healthy Living?
I have always been passionate about good wholesome food and low toxic living. Having a vegetable garden to nurture and grow my own produce, using only 100% natural products on my skin and making movement and regular time in the sun enjoying nature a non negotiable. These all mean I can keep my body and mind healthy and live my life to the fullest. I have spent and continue to spend many hours reading and researching to better my knowledge and keep up to date on the latest information. I didn’t really know how I was going to share all this knowledge with the world…until now!
